This is just for *********** at the *********************** location she has excellent customer service I really appreciate the information she gave me before the end of the year. One of their policies are changing and that information she gave me was Dynamite. Prices just gone up a bit.

Ive been with public storage since 2016 but in 2023 the price was so high I struggled to keep my belongings. Enter ***** who understood that I was elderly on a fixed income and couldnt afford an increase in my rental fee. ***** got my rate fixed and now Ill be able to keep all my memories. Thanks so much ***** for your assistance and PS for being flexible. Im so happy that being a loyal customer matters and that good people like ***** are still out here helping those of us in need!!!

I rented a unit and there was a problem with the unit. Whenbi reported it to the staff they promptly switched me to a different unit. They were very nice and courteous. When I called corporate they too were extremely nice in resolving the issue. I definitely recommend public storage as they have excellent customer service at all levels.

Ive been doing business with this company for a while, im currently renting from a location in ********* ***** on ******************** recently had a leg injury and couldnt work, so I fell behind on keeping up with my payment. I didnt get any leniency on the payment amount however, the manager name ******* was very informative, very professional and she went above and beyond to help me understand the time that fees would be added, the actions that would take place on my storage and deadline dates that I need to keep in mind,... read more

My son purchased a unit online. He was moving his items from his old house for about 12 hours that day. He stated that he had to have the truck and trailer back that evening and wasnt sure if Public Storage on Air Park Drive in ********* would still be open. I checked online and it stated that they closed by 6pm , which was within minutes. I rushed there and actually got there after closing, 6:03. The 2 Elevators at this facility never work. It is also infested with mice. The district regional manager never answers or responds to complaints. 1 Elevator has been out of order for over a year.

How do you not return a Retired Disable Veteran's burial flag? His ashes. My dogs ashes. these things were told to Public storage before they auction my unit. Now lets get one straight off the bat.
