We just rented a climate controlled unit from ***** at the Reon and ************* location in **************! She is a magnificent representative for this company! However, it was ****** from the 1332 location who made all the arrangements for us to visit ***** (since ****** did not have a climate controlled unit available), Lots of kudos to both of these ladies! They are courteous, professional, positive, and soooo helpful! What a wonderful experience for me and my husband!

They intentionally try to keep you locked out if they can. Raise rent frequently. when get behind then they start trying to keep you down. general manager is worse than the property manager. I reserved space and elevator did not work. Then they want to charge still for the one on my old storage. They want me to pay rent for other storage which is $79.00 higher that new one. My rent is due today only because she did not do my transfer in time because of the elevator .***********************************************************... read more
After 10 years with public storage, My rent went from 375 to 765 next month. There is no reason to raise rent on something that is really doing nothing but storing your stuff. I will join in a class action lawsuit just to keep my unit cost worthy. I can't afford to move. That is why I have a storage in the first place.The fact that they can raise the rent at anytime indicates to me that price gouging is taking effect.
Beware of Public Storage. A unit I started renting one year ago for $205 a month is now $383 a month. IN ONE YEAR! I called them and the told me I have a month to month rental and they can increase the rent at any time with 30 days notice. They know people dont want to go through the hassle of renting a moving van and move their items to another storage unit. The people who run these storage facilities are low lifes
