Stay far away from this storage facility or any Public Storage facility. They are scammers. They more than tripled our rent and are now trying to charge us $379 3 yrs later. We spoke to local **** about clearing out the unit, they told us as long as we did by that date we were good. We did as we were told and now 3 yrs later they are trying to bill us for another $379 monthly rental charge. They just sent me msg about it 3 years later. The property manager told us the wrong price on a unit and when we asked about it she just kept saying its confusing to me too. For almost 2 weeks we have been asking to get it fixed with the response of its confusing to me to ill call my manager. These people have been price gouging us for over 1 year ..and it was Extra storage prior who also charged us for 2 storage's for over 3 years then sold out. Never saw the money. The unit I have is 10 x 30 and was renting for $159 now after the change over it's been raised to ************************************ agreed with. All the customers Cannot pay their bills through Auto pay because it never works it's always down then they charge late fees to everyone regardless. Rashard Z 9/4/2026 I rented from this facility under duress, so it took me some time to learn that my unit had no lights, and once I did bring light into the unit, there were gaping cracks and crevices in the floor and foundation, and traces of asbestos beneath the stairs which my unit occupies. The cracks and crevices allowed every mouse in ********* into my unit and, as another review on her has indicated, the defecated over all of my belongings. I have a budget. I know what my bills are every month. I go on to pay my bill for Public Storage and it is $75.00 more a month. Due to rental increases. They can change it at any time. Who reads these agreements, I like to know. They know after a month or so and putting all your storage stuff in there, your not going to want to move it all again. So they got you. I paid for a full month of storage at ********************************** Storage location and the manager made the entire process of moving my belongings unnecessarily difficult even though I was fully paid. She threatened to lock me out of my unit and then restricted my 24 hour access which I had already paid for. By far the most greedy unprofessional pack of degenerate low moral individuals I have had to put misfortune to deal with. The orange public storage, if you live anywhere in the south of ******* or ******* you could do better with literally any other company. The way they conduct business is almost straight up fraud.

I intentionally picked a locally owned storage business to support the community, but they ended up getting bought out by Public Storage, who has the absolute worst app I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. Signing all the paperwork took me several hours because all of the links kept circling around the same few pages and wouldn't take me where I needed to go. I have tried to reac out for help on several diffrent time any no one care. The office will send you a **** **** is due by one month to be paid on a certain date and before that date the already add more months in to it which is not fair to the customer. why are you not willing to work with your customers if you stated to be by the 28 or what every why is two more months are added to the fee . no help . every 3 to 4 month your fee keep going up Why???
