This is the worst. I am currently renting storage space from the ************************************************************************* location. I rented in February 2026. My payment was $42. In April 2026, they raised my payment to $62. Then last week, they raised my payment to $85 starting in July 2026. How in the h*** can you raise my payment when I only had the space for three months? They are ripping people off and the public needs to know. They also need to be investigated.

Avoid this storage company the literally get you in with low prices and then raise the rent ***** % with in 3 months the force you to buy there insurance and ***** a month customer service has to be offshore , the facility is nice and was easy to move in but a long term storage solution no way how they raise prices should be illegal

This company has deceitful practices when assessing monthly rental fees. You can expect your rates to increase every 3 months at a minimum of 25% and more likely 50%. By the end of a 12 month period you will be paying more than twice what you started with and will end up having to move out.Find a better service or company when in need

Public Storage in ******************************. they overcharged me and they don't want to refund my money. giving them a call already a month every single day but no any result.

We had two units at this location. In October of 2025 they redid the roofing with no notice and destroyed both of our units. They have done NOTHING to help us in any way. They told us to file an insurance claim with Orange Door. They took 6 months and then denied the claims, which is illegal in the state of *******. We have spent countless hours emailing, calling and responding to requests for evidence. We have dozens of photos and videos that were sent in. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone storing a valuable vehicle. During heavy rain in *******, the parking lot flooded badly enough that my limousine sustained significant water damage, costing me over $5,000 in repairs. A storage facility in this area should absolutely be prepared for the kind of rain and flooding ******* regularly experiences.After this happened, I decided to move my vehicle to a different storage facility with better conditions. I complained abourt the delay in the elevator closing too quickly 3 DAYS after we signed up for the locker. Today,. ny husband was stuck in the elevator at ~12pm for 15 minutes in TOTAL DARKNESS. He did call the help # and they did fix it, BUT...this was a fire and safety hazard. What if it had been at 8 pm at night and there was no facility manager on property??? Or, I had a child with me?? The increase the storage from $337 to $450 thats over 33% increase and I just got that July 2025 and after six months they want to increase it thats how they get people to get a Storage this company is the worst thats how they want to get people, they charge it 33% increase. public storage in ************************.

Their payment system is crashing and i'm not able to pay online or on the app and they're charging $20 convenience fee to pay over the phone. Absolutely robbing their customers as if it's our fault their website and app can't take payments. On top of that afer 6 months they raze your rent with 50%. This is a terrible business model.
