Took money out of our account then sold out unit!!!! Hidden fees by the hundreds, no communication, front desk *** was rude and appeared dirt and possibly drunk!!!

Worst storage property in the world. Mangers dont pick up the phone or help with ANYTHING. Dont give notice when things happening. I was locked out my storage for a week with no warning. Life or death situation and all they was able to offer was an apology. I HATE THIS LOCATION !!

I would give this Public Storage location zero stars if I ******** storage unit was broken into and my belongings were stolen. I had been trusting this facility to keep my items secure, and they failed to do that. When I arrived, I was told that the thief had put another lock on my unit, meaning I couldnt even get inside to see what had been taken. I got a storage unit at public storage in *************** on 225 and in-between ****** and ***********. A 10 15 unit and the first month i payed for the unit and didn't even show up till the end of the month. I explained i had a death in the family and maybe they make an exception on my situation and they said no and ever since they've been messing with me. Public Storage at ********************************************************** When moving all of our stored belongings out of the storage unit, I discovered extensive and severe contamination caused by a ***** infestation.All the boxes were covered in black smudges and has holes in them upon opening the boxes to see why they looked that way I discovered multiple very large live roaches living inside the boxes. The 20th/********* facility is rratically staffed with people who dont seem to know much about what they are doing or have much experience with customer service. When they tell you something, dont believe it; their upper management will contradict them. RATE SCAM - Don't fall for it. They advertise one price to get you to move in and then immediately raise your rates by 40% after three months. I rented a 10x15 for $82/month and three months later they raised it to $116/month and told me it's because of dynamic pricing due to occupancy rates, yet they are still advertising the same 10x15 on their website for $82/month.
