Public storage fails to disclose that they bill every two weeks , instead of once a month as I was told . I ASKED the agent when I would be billed again and I was told April 15. I said that is fine , we will be out April 12. I was also told that I need insurance for the second month , but since we only rented two weeks prior , I thought I had time as told by the rental agent I spoke with. public storage ************************************** they write their own reviews. the workers themselves steal all of your valuables. insurance supports the company. all the units r filled w ************ come nothing gets fixed ?

My contract price was $225, now it is $441!!! This place is a total rip off, they start out semi-resonable then sky rocket the price without any notice or say in the matter. I would like my rent lowered back to its original price Thank you, B0104

This company in general was one of the worst companies to deal with. Hoping everyone reads the complaints before renting. Their chat bot did not understand anything I asked, they kept disconnecting **** called at least 10 times today and always received wrong information. I would call back and I am assuming the agents are paid commission so although I was told I was getting the best internet deal, it never was. I wish I could leave a positive review for Public Storage, but my experience at the **** ******* location has been extremely disappointing. When I first rented my unit in November, it was in unacceptable condition. There was a strong odor, rat feces, rat traps, and even a dead rat inside the unit. I tried contacting the office multiple times before moving my belongings in, but no one responded. I ended up having to clean the unit myself just to make it usable. I opened an account with ******************************************* on 5708 Ft. ******** Rd. on Thursday 3/26/26. The two ladies in the office that day were very kind, although the office had a strong foul odor. They showed me to my unit and gave me my keys along with the removable key hole and watched me leave with both of those objects in my hand without forewarning me of what would happen next. Horrible to do business with. Started at $65. WIthin 5 months it went to $100. Now another 5 months later its up to $135. That is over a 100% increase in less than 1 year. This is EXTORSION!

The business has discrepancies with employees not allowing automatic payments and charging extra fees without notifying the renter. They also do not receive or return important calls and or presently are not accepting cash payments. I put automatic payments after several months of being blocked not being able to do it while being charged extra fees unknowingly until I got authorization and still after getting the authorization it's not showing any bill payment in my bank account.
