They bought out a extra space storage facility we used for years and ever since then it has been billing issues and they dont care about gran fathering the benefits the previous company used to offer they just brought their mandatory rules when no one wanted to do business with them to begin with we found out they took over when their sign changed

Horrible company. Constantly raising prices ridiculously high. Only been with the company for about a year and they have raised the price almost 100$ more then what we originally agreed on and they will not work with you I have never once paid the price we agreed on because as soon as my discounted promotional rate ended they raid the price. Do not waste your money with this company and store your stuff with literally anybody else. If you already have your stuff here get it out asap horrible company with horrible practices

My experience with Public Storage has been overwhelmingly negative, and I feel compelled to warn others before they commit to renting here. The constant bill increases are frustrating enough, but the ongoing facility problems make the rising cost feel completely unjustified. The elevators are unreliable and down far too often, and the access code app fails more than half the time, making even basic entry a hassle. What pushed me over the edge was paying an additional $30 for 24-hour access, only to receive a threatening text ... read more

This location is trying to over charge my partner after they specifically told him he wouldn't have too. He accidently put his stuff in the wrong unit and let the front desk know (******). ****** told him he would only have to pay a small fee to move it over to the new unit, which was not a big deal for us, but now they are attempting to charge him for the FIRST unit AND the second unit, and will not work with him to either cancel the first one or do what ****** said in the first place. *******- We spoke to you on the phone.... read more

Buyer beware. I booked online for my first unit and after a few months, realized I needed one inside, which was cheaper based on the internet "special". I moved into the new unit with a new rate of $75. After only 3 months of being in my new unit, they increased my rate 38% to $104 per month. Ironically, if I book online for my exact unit, it is at the $75 price. When I called I was offered $96 per month because I am such a great customer. They scam you by having a contract that allows rate increases at any time on a monthly... read more

Don't rent from Public Storage. They are scamming people. I originally paid $99 for a 1015 unit, my rent just increased aging to $632. They raise the rent , while advertising the same unit for much less and often more than once a year. They prey on you, most people don't have the resources to just move their stuff. They know most people can't afford to file legal action. The lawsuits in **********, do give me some hope. They will auction your unit off, often in 2 weeks of being late and charge ridiculous fees and penalties. ... read more

I spoke to sales, signed up over the phone and drove to the place within 20 minutes. I was denied entry because I didn't add 24 hr access to my account. The salesperson lied to me and said I could access it anytime at the price I signed up for. The company wanted me to pay more money, and I told them I'd like to cancel. I have not received a refund, and they even sent a claim to a collection agency.

I was pleased with my rental up until my encounter with the property manager. She was very rude and unprofessional. She had a problem with me being at my storage for a few hours. I showed her that I have 24/7 access so I can be at my facility as long as I am not here overnight. As she walked away mad, I gave her the finger. She said she will be canceling my lease. I will be suing her and public storage if my lease is terminated for freedom of speech. I will also be filing a police report for harassment. This facility needs a... read more

Via online I reserved a 7.5'x10' Storage Unit for $166/mo. When I went to my in-person appointment to complete the rental application and view the unit, the dimensions were not accurate. The unit had a portion of one corner taking up about a 2'x2' space for a post/beam. Upon seeing this, I knew it would take up space that I had counted on using for all of my belongings as I had selected it based on the size of my items. When I asked the property manager if she could find me another 7.5'x10' that did not have a post in it, sh... read more
