do NOT use this company for storage. It is a scam. I have not even had this company for a year and it has been increase on top of increase. they sucker you in with reasonable monthly prices then increase after increase. mine went from $115 a month to $175. then they tell you they have no locked in prices and price according to the market. lies on top of lies. scammers! I will take my business to a different storage company!

This is the worst experience ever. The professionalism of the customer service by the name *** **** should be prosecuted. Her choice of words while talking to customers is very radical and untamed. Such person should never be allowed to handle phone calls again but since the company is not worried about accreditation then the services they offer should be questioned. My belongings were ruined due to construction they performed on the roof. The staff was incredibly rude and told me its not my fault you dont pay attention to your ********* warnings were sent through the app and no phone calls were made to the tenants. I came back after working out of state for several months to find my belongings covered in debris that had fiberglass in it.A police report was filed and an insurance claim as well.

This place is horrendous. There is a hole in the roof of my storage unit. Everything got wet. The walls do not reach the ceiling. Therefore, the storage units around you can also add to your storage unit whenever is going on in theirs like mice and other critters, bugs, etc. My things are ruined. They have consistently raised the rent without telling me and they justify it by trying to tell me they told me in the beginning which is a lie and outright lie. Potential Renters Beware. short version - rented a storage unit this summer for $102.00 plus required insurance for an additional $15.00. I was assured that as long as I made no changes (reduce or increase size) my pricing would not change. After only 3 months theyve increased my payment by $46.00 for a new grand total of $163.00. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Dont sign a contract if on second floor at *******, ** location. Elevator hasn't worked for 4 months and out a minimum of 2 more months. Second price raise during this time too. Never experienced anything like this before. Not even sure we could move out if we wanted too. **** stated to have no effect on corporate decision making. They also agreed that I have a legit complaint after stating my case for price reduction to all 2nd floor unit holders. ******** customer service. Called and asked to speak to the property manager and was told the person i was talking to was the property manager. When i brought up the concern that i spoke with public storage support last week on the gate not recognizing my number when i text it "open" from my authorized number it was giving me a response that my number was not recognized. DO NOT USE THEM. I have been trying to cancel for a month. Left voicemails nonstop. They finally called back conveniently on November 3rd telling me I have to pay for another month. They tripled my rate on a random day, no communication.
