Beware! After using this storage facility I checked out with agent and returned my lock for a $21.83 refund I signed for and received email confirmation of zero balance. I wish I could give 0 starts for this company. When I initially set a move in date for my storage space I received confirmation and my passkey, for the first few months I couldnt get into my space with the passkey I had to use my husbands for a different space, u explained the issue and frustration to the company a few times, eventually that issue was fixed (with no communication that it had been fixed). The units have issues with mold, water leaks, and even people living in some of the other units, which makes the entire property feel unsafe and neglected. Despite receiving constant phone calls demanding payment, the facility made no effort to maintain the property or address ongoing issues. Ps is a scam!! Nobody available in office, dead rats in my belongings, gate closes at 5pm not 9 or 10 like most storage places, moved everything out on the 1st because they weren't open after my work hours and am being charged a whole month of 130 dollars instead of being prorated for a day. I had to leave 1star but they dont even deserve that!! Do Not rent a storage unit from public storage. Within 2 weeks of moving to a public storage unit, our lock and cut and our belongings were stolen. The facility couldnt help us nor seemed to care happened. Lack of cameras and lack of help. Your stuff IS NOT SAFE HERE
I wish I can have option for no stars. Never ever ill recommend to signing with this fraud storage. They promise you promotion and 2days before payment youll be surprised what invoice youll receive! One person at the office promised second month promotion price. Then in a phone another person promise me promotion. And at the and they even overcharge me with higher then regular price. They are fraud! Dont trust them if you dont want to lose your money!
We rented a space from them, when we decided to cancel I gave a 30 day notice and even received a phone call on the last day to make sure we were out by a center hour and we did. Months later a collection agency called and said we owed money I explained we owed nothing and had the email to prove it. I sent them the email the storage company had sent me and that was it. Do NOT rent from here. This poorly managed property and terrible staff resulted in literally everything in my 10x15 unit being damaged and covered in black mold, which I am severely allergic to. Several other renters experienced total losses as well. The company they hired to assist with discarding damaged things from the unit stole my robot vacuum. They raised the rent on my unit 325% in 18 months.
They force. You to get insurance and when you remove it. They don't remove it from their accounts receivable. Even after you've done it several times and on their website. Also, they promise you a price. And you are told that that price will hold as long as you hold the storafe unit. They lie because 3 months later they tried to charge you the regular price for that unit And they explained that their sales person did not tell me that either.I'm very very stupid or they're liars. I am not stupid
