Came in for an oil change. After explaining some symptoms of my vehicle they jumped to i need a new tranny. Quotes 8k. Im on disability, no way to afford that. Then they tried to sell me a car. I declined and was very distraught. I took my vehicle to a tranny shop and they said its perfectly fine. Very disappointed. First and last time here.

Honestly terrible dealership. Took them over 1 month to fix our car engine only for the engine to be bad. We requested an oil change our service guy Jimmy stated it didn’t need one until 67k miles. Next thing I know my engine like goes on and now I have metal fibers in my engine. Absolutely displeased with this dealership and I will never get another vehicle with Seminole Toyota.

Poor communication about the timeframe. What I was told would be three hours for an oil change and recall update on the computer was 6 hours. Unacceptable!

1st time computers down had to leave with no estimate of them working so I could get service. Second time I was told about 2.5 hours so dropped truck off at11am, had wife bring me back at 3pm, wasn't ready until 4:30

A simple oil change took way too long We were forced to come back to Seminole Toyota because your service techs over torqued the oil cap so no other place could remove it. Quite frankly, this is a horrible business practice. I've had my Rav4 since 2017 and plan on purchasing another next year. If something like this happens again, I can assure you that I will look elsewhere
