Quick and easy. HOWEVER ... outragously over-priced (seriosly, you are buying oil on bulk quantities and oil filters get the same deal).... you'd think a dealership wouldnt totally screw someone over with 4 or 5 times the cost for an inflated benfit margin, ESPECIALLY when I bought the car from your dealership. But hey, what else would you expect from a stealer-ship. Keep that reputation alive right? Maybe one day you'll value your customers ... but what's one person in a text message review gonna do? Do not let them do an alignment. My front tires have worn soooo badly since they did mine. Steering wheel is not centered and couldn't get them to fix it.

First time I got service for my sienna and all filters and parts were found in car and told to me parts were replaced. Second time did tire allignmet but no report or copy given. When asked they said printer is broken. Charged money but not sure it was done or not. No satisfactory answer

Poor communication and lack of follow through about service updates. Left me waiting at Seminole Toyota on site without following up with a status update on my extended service warranty. His excuse was that he was too busy to leave his desk and walk back to talk to me like he said he would. He also did not check with me about pricing before taking my car in for service after opening a claim for service. Cain was my service advisor but he wants there. Joseph is the one that signed me in. I waited for 2hrs and had to go myself and ask for an update and the car was done. The last 2 times the inside of the car has being left dirty with papers and grease marks.

I bought my car at Seminole Toyota in Sanford, FL on October 6th, and it has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. At first, things seemed fine — the salesman Nelson was polite and helpful when showing me the car. But after that, everything went downhill. Horrible dealership! !! I thought we would be sharing a good experience after initial conversations with sales person Hugo were good yesterday. We were looking at a specific used truck and were told it wouldn't be ready for a few days. Today the tone shifted a bit and they were pushing to close the deal. Bad experience with Seminole Toyota Service. I had my 2020 Toyota Sienna service by Seminole Toyota on 8/5 for a coolant flush and oil change. I spent over $240 for this which I don’t mind if it’s done correctly. When I went to pick my vehicle up and drove it back to my house, I noticed the coolant was empty. Text my service advisor who said bring it back in so they can add more coolant. In addition my oil filter housing was leaking oil due to be torque on so tight.
