The stay was overall pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was small and crowded. The check in process was not a friendly one. Front desk staff seemed a little put out when I asked questions about the facilities and events there for the week. Rooms were updated and were nicely furnished and comfortable, the rest of the hotel was a bit dated.

Almost excellent They would not give you a luggage cart to move your luggage to or from the room. They wanted you to pay their bell boys to do it. The bell boy we asked was rude and informed us that if he gave them out that would put him out of a job. Took us 3 trips to unload and reload. The location was perfect. The room was clean and it was comfortable. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have given them excellent if it wasn't for the bell boy.
