Wonderful The actual billing we received for our stay was $1,158 vs. $1,109 as quoted by Booking.com excluding the resort fees as noted by Booking.com. I’m not sure why the difference in price, but I was disappointed that the actual charge was different than the amount Booking.com had indicated in an email confirming our reservation. The hotel and Casino were very good and conveniently located for downtown Reno activities for Hot August Nights
Fun I could here cars and music on the street like they were in our room on the 18th floor. Pool area looks like someone forgot to design a pool and last minute decided to throw it on the roof next to the ahu’s. Location for hot August nights, our housekeeping lady was great

Okay, für die Durchreise. Halt alles irgendwie aus der Zeit gefallen. Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Krümel auf der Schreibtischplatte und dem Stuhl, Fingerabdrücke an den Spiegeln im Bad, Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken. Pool für die Hotelgröße zu klein und von der Tiefe eher ein Kinderbecken Das Zimmer war recht ruhig und die Zimmergröße gut.
Nice place and a great concert venue! Construction inside shut down escalators. Food court had weird hours and wasn’t very clean but I couldn’t tell which casino it belonged to. Cleanliness and nice staff. The cocktail waitress were super nice and the bartenders were generous with spirits.
I enjoyed the house keeping staff and card dealers for being very friendly and professional. That on one night, two of the four elevators were not working. I think that there was also some sort of accident on an escalator that ended up shutting it down for several hours. The ladies who cleaned my room were very efficient and friendly! I liked the location within a few minutes of the bowling stadium and downtown.

Nicest Property On the Strip Check in process slow with an unfriendly clerk. I ended up just using the automated kiosk to check in, which was easy and fast. Super clean and modern rooms. Great location on the strip.
