Good Parking lot elevators were disgustingly dirty and not well maintained Hotel front desk staff were very blah and uninviting Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff on the phone was courteous and helpful

Pleasant Check in process is automated with machines, did not accept most of our foreign IDs. Bars located throughout casino would not accept our IDs and we didn't particularly want to walk around with our passports whilst trying to enjoy a night out. Have not had this issue at any other casino or bar in the USA (We're in our 30s). Well appointed rooms

It was enjoyable. As I went walking I noticed it was a little trashy around the outside of the building. Three casinos tied in together. Facilities (lobby, pool, spa areas) were very nice.
