Very Good There were no wash cloths and for a double bed not enough towels as I worked in hotels before and its more towels. Plus I reserved a king size bedroom. It was a nice stay for my first time in Reno .

Very Good Que el personal de recepción del miércoles por la tarde/noche nos ignoraron completamente cuando estábamos ahí parados frente a ellas, pensamos que estaban ocupadas porque ni nos volteaban a ver, una estaba en llamada así que esperamos a que terminara, pero después de un rato terminó y se fue sin voltear o decirnos algo. Ya hasta que molestos les dijimos que ahí estábamos que si nos atendía alguien! Instalaciones, ubicación.

Exceptional I witnessed a douchebag throwing a fit and yelling at the receptionists, they handled the man with professionalism and kept their cool. However I was disappointed that no security came to back them up or tell the man to shut up. I was almost at the point of intervening myself. The spa was amazing, my gal and I really enjoyed it! The room, restaurants, and bars were great.
