Exceptional Tge pillows in the room were hard. Everything you could want without having to go outside. Good resturants made the choice of where to eat difficult.

It was very enjoyable The bed was kind of hard I like the let it ride table and it was never open It was the first time in Reno and I enjoyed most everything about it and will probably come back

Sufficient room, very comfy beds, hard to fully escape smoke. The "room assigned on arrival" is a *smoking* room, I was informed at check-in. Fortunately they were able to find us a non-smoking room, but fyi, that is the default. Even in a non-smoking room, you can't quite fully get away from the smoke, even on an upper floor. Lobby is on the second floor, which is a little awkward of you have ski bags and such - there is an elevator, but it's tight.
