Exceptional N/A This was our first time in Reno...the hotel was exceptional. Location great. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Everything was perfect!

It was an excellent stay and appreciated the help of the staff and the convenience of the restaurants I can’t think of anything to comment about. We appreciated the convenience of the parking and entering the hotel. It was nice to be able to walk into the different casinos without going outside. Great choices and restaurants. Staff was available and very helpful.

Great location, comfy rooms Parking is very tight. We ended up just paying for valet because it was a struggle finding a space in the guest parking structure. Valet was only $15. Large, clean room. Was happy with the walk in shower, great pressure and gets very hot. It was comfortable for a two night stay in Reno. And being able to walk to the casinos and restaurants was great.
