Exceptional The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and super patient she was amazing. She was even able to move my friend and I right next door to each other when we were floors apart will visit again soon

Waiting for over crowded elevators. There was only two elevators working. There was a twenty minute wait for the elevators. Coffee was good. I was not told until the third day that refills were only .70.
