Overall, a good experience. Some of the staff at the front desk were a little rude. Not a great start to our visit when we encountered this just getting checked in. Then when we got to our room it was not correct and we had to come back to get that changed to the correct room. We encountered some of this a couple more times. Once just asking a simple question. I would say that most of the staff were pleasant. Lots of good dinning choices.

Location is great The pillows tucked. It made it hard for me to sleep well. Also the elevators had railings missing and the wood trim is all messed up. It needs to be refinished and the railing missing replaced. Great location, close to the bowling center. Plus, I enjoyed seeing Jeff Foxworthy last Saturday night.
