Great Bistro’s need to be better stocked! Ran out if drinks on display The room was very comfortable, shower was awesome, all the restaurants had wonderful food!

Very nice place to stay Everything was nice. The room was very nice at a reasonable price. We booked last minute due to a snow storm and liked this hotel very much. There were many food options, the room was nice, a free parking garage and everything was simple.

It was a good value and I was pleased with my short stay. Surprised that I could not watch the Olympics since NBC was not an option. Room was very clean and quiet.

We didn’t have a good experience with hotel staff on our 1st trip to Reno. We had to shower in cold water for two days. I called down to the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. I liked it because it was in the middle of downtown, walkable distance to other properties.
