Rooms are old! First room had a brown smudge on the covers. Had them give us a new room and the next room had a used tampon on the headboard. The next room was the presidential suite. Room was better but cracks all throughout the ceiling . Never again!

Horrible experience!!! I got a non smoking room and the room smelt like smoke! The rooms are really outdated ! Room service is worst I seen ! We requested additional towels and wine glass finally got it four hours later after making multiple requests ! They charge $2 each for wine glasses ! Secondly the bell boy was very rude and seemed to be rushed! I know it’s for the best interest of the guests , but be prepared to show your room key each time you pass by ! They were able to make accommodations for me even though it was a very long weekend and there was lots of people there it was close to a casino and close to the theater
