Exceptional
Pleasant Only 2 of 5 elevators working to get to our floor. Lines were super long and took over 10 min to get on. Always full coming down so couldn't enter. Had to use stairs one time to get to another floor set of elevators. Pillows Way too big and caused neck pain. Location.

Very Good I had a non-smoking room, but had had to smell smoke all night. So it was somewhat unpleasant. Coughed a lot at night because of the smoke. Just being able to go downstairs for coffee and breakfast, not having to get in my car and go to breakfast.
