Würde nochmal kommen Mit der Rechnung hat es es nicht wirklich gut geklappt alles 3 bis 4 mal angewiesen an der Bank Karte keiner konnte helfen jeder wusste was anders aber nach 3 Wochen passte es dann Zimmer war super und auch der Rest war echt toll

Good Elevators were awful! Only 1-2 of four working and the wait time was ridiculous! Not efficient enough. Location was great!

Our stay was perfect for what we wanted it to be. Minor inconveniences didn’t stop us from enjoying The AC in our room was terrible. No ventilation whatsoever. No option to change it and same with the bathroom. No fans no airflow so it was tough to feel comfortable due to the inconsistent temperatures of the room. Also, the elevator situation was terrible too. Multiple 5-10 minute wait times to get to our room and no other elevator option to get up stairs. We loved the room. Perfect view of the mountains. Eigentlich schön, mit Hindernissen Leider sehr laut, über uns war ein Parkdeck und man hörte immer wie die Autos über eine Stahlrampe fuhren Kein Deckenlicht, kein Lüfter im Bad Nur 2 von 4 Fahrstühlen funktionierten - was am Wochenende ein No Go war! Alle quetschten sich zusammen und die Wartezeiten waren lang Sehr komisches Publikum in Reno Glasdusche und großes Zimmer

Nice hotel, elevators are fast but kind of loud during the night if you're a light sleeper The elevator was like a train going up and down all night long. Just too loud, and I wasn't even that close to it. And the restaurants all closed too early (Thursday night, 9 or 10 pm is too early!!!). I thought the room was a bit pricey. nice room, looked clean and new
