Bar staff was extremely friendly and attentive - room air conditioner was subpar Room was hot, even with the air conditioner set at 65, room never got below 75 degrees. Elevators were slow and it did not appear more than two were functioning. Was given incorrect information from “security “ as to location of Uber pick up. Maintenance tried to enter our room to see if TV was working, even though the do not disturb sign was in the door - said he thought the room was vacant. Old Silver Legacy We had a drip in our shower which was very noisy had to close bathroom door at night. Our bathroom sink also clogged up. We thought after 4 days the maids would say something to get it fixed. Rooms clean view was nice. Walking distance to Truckee River.

Although I didn’t win a dime I already enjoy my stay at the Silver Legacy. Microwaves not being accessible. The property is always up to standards. This was not my first stay just my first review. Silver Legacy is a one stop shop.
