Overall would stay again. Somehow, housekeeping was under the impression our stay was over a day too early and were confused that we were still there. A housekeeping manager? knocked on our door in the afternoon to find out what was going on. We didn't get housekeeping the last day of our stay but the front desk gave us a coupon for Sips and a discount on our stay (though we haven't received that yet. Room was nice and clean,

Good stay with minor issues. Bell staff was not helpful at all. No coin laundry on site. Asked to send out laundry, according to the laundry slip, there is valet bell service available. Was told by Bell staff they don’t pick up or drop off. And minor oddity no note pad or pen in room. Had a junior suite, room was nice but bathroom was oddly designed, was a bit small for the size of the room. Great location. Clean rooms.

The very best place in Reno Nothing, it is a genuine great place to stay. Reno is Reno, a small but nice area with a lot of nice surroundings to explore. Silver Legacy was a very nice experience (we have always stayed in Sands, now J), but this was above our expectation, and we will stay there again. Staff were great, nice lobby and casino area, did not win anything but have fun anyway. We always come back to Reno, often use it as a base camp for hiking around lake Taho but morning walks along the riverside in Reno are also ... read more
