Customer service is poor. Valet gives incorrect information and they are not sorry for it. They also don’t take complaints/suggestions

We stayed 3/8-3/10. Everything was good except the Bell Desk. The man was SO very rude to me and had me in tears! What's worse is no one has called me back on my complaint :(

some of the staff is very rude and they lie when they say are going to fix something and I also don't recommend eating at the habit burger at the circus circus you just might get sick and then the mangers try and say it was because you ate some were else and you had to much alcohol in your system even though my husband and I stop drinking hours before eating and before we went to bed and then all of sudden he gets sick really bad and we will NEVER be going back to that casino again
