The amount of care and respect for the residents at Pacifica Spring Valley is amazing. The Care staff are attentive and kind. The activities program is full of fun and diverse activities for every level of residents needs.

Pacifica at Spring Valley has been a god send for my family and from the very beginning the directors and staff have shown my mother’s health and wellbeing are their priority. They keep me well informed on how she is doing and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable that my mother is in great hands at this facility.

The facility is beautiful and very playfully decorated. The touring experience was great. The room was a good size. Visiting hours and rules were good. I didn't love the lack of communication in regard to medication. We didn't feel like the staff listened to us very well.
The staff was wonderful supporting our family through the transition. There were many places we toured had that "old people" smell. Not Pacifica. Mom loved her caregivers and we appreciated her not having new people care for her everyday. We were surprised that Mom gained weight because she LOVED the meals. Mom was busy every day but could have some quiet time when she wanted/needed it. We were very surprised that this was the least expensive if all the facilities we toured yet it offered more

We do like the convenience of the location. The activities are nice. The food could definitely be better. We would recommend Pacifica Senior Living to other families, but I think it would all depend on the needs of the end individual.

My mom has been here for 11 months and I could honestly say that Pacifica at Spring Valley has truly been a G-d send to my family My mom lost my dad after 55 yrs of a truly blissful marriage and although this devastated our family because of the tremendous loss we were dealing with, Pacifica truly made things somehow okay for Mom.. They treat the patients like they are their family members.. I see it first hand with my own eyes all the time. I'm there a good 5 times a week and when I'm not, my aunts are. They are wonderful. [name removed] and [name removed] are great. Their CNAs are all very nice and helpful. Plus they communicate with me very well on my mom's ups and downs. They really have taking a load off of me.

The staff at Pacifica is great! Everyone is very caring and thoughtfu! Plus, there are activities seven days a week. I feel very comfortable with my mother living here because I know she is getting good care!!

My mom was previously a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley and it was a wonderful place for her. Pacifica was a nice experience for my mom and for our family. My mom was taken care of by some very nice and compassionate caregivers. We were happy and comfortable with having our mom stay at Pacifica. I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley to others.
