I have been looking for help for my mother, who has dementia, for a long time. I have toured many facilities, and have been turned away at some facilities for a lack of large amounts of money. Spring Valley Memory Care treated me with kindness, my Mom with respect, and our need for help with the urgency that was called for. Every person who I have spoken with has been kind and helpful, from the sales director to the care attendants. Every concern has been addressed immediately and satisfactorily. My 100 year old mother has been at Spring Valley Memory care since [date removed]. It was a very difficult decision to place my mother in memory care and our family visited many other facilities. However, none compared to Spring Valley especially the wonderful activities they offer under the direction of Vanessa. The staff treat the residents with respect and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend Spring Valley to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved ones.

The activities here at Spring Valley Memory Care are fun for the residents! My mom really enjoys the bingo games and when singers visit! Plus, the staff takes such good care of her!! I am very pleased with Spring Valley Memory Care!!

My mom has been at Spring Valley Memory Care for 2+ years, and I am happy to report that the Activities director is the person who keeps mother actively engaged in life. After breakfast, it’s time for chair exercises. The staff has been nothing short of amazing… friendly, helpful, engaging, accommodating. The facilities have been well maintained and the food has been surprisingly good overall. Plenty of daily activities directed by an incredibly, upbeat and pleasant woman. As we all know, memory care is expensive, but relatively speaking SVMC has been a good value. Strong recommendation!

I love that Spring Valley is only a memory care facility, and it is not an add on like a lot of other places. I would strongly recommend Spring Valley. The residents were interacting staff and each other, and they were so helpful with completing all the paperwork and their prices were more reasonable.

My step mom didn't really appreciate the breakdown in communication after my dad was admitted to the hospital and there was a lot of confusion regarding his clothing and furniture so, maybe labeling literally everything would be prudent.
The amount of care and respect for the residents at Pacifica Spring Valley is amazing. The Care staff are attentive and kind. The activities program is full of fun and diverse activities for every level of residents needs.
