My my wife has been in the Spring Valley memory care since May of this year. The staff are very, very kind and very, very efficient. I find that the food is very, very good, and the services are very, very good as well. At this time, the administration is going through some changes and look like changes for the better. I’m looking forward to how they implement making people wear more aware of transportation of residents to medical appointments or emergencies. My husband was a temporary resident of your facility. He said it was good, but would have rather been home. He had a recliner in his room, but it wouldn't recline because they couldn't find the cord adapter to plug it in. He will probably be coming back in Sept for another 2 week stay. Hopefully he will have a recliner that works. I was very impressed with how fast I was able to get him into the facility. This facility treats their residents very well! The staff cares and takes into account what individuals want and don’t take a “one size fits all” approach. I definitely recommend them for anyone considering moving in.

Looking for a memory care center for my bestie and roommate was very difficult. You want to make sure they provide everything she is use to having but the price tag is out of reach. Many people feel desperate that I talked to, but [name removed] and [name removed] at Spring Valley Memory Care, Las Vegas met the challenge and the tour was excellent. [name removed] was a fantastic guide through the facility. It was clean and the residents looked happy. Making this decision on my sister's behalf is hard to do. This location is top on the list for consideration.

Meet with [removed name]. She was extremely helpful very comforting. Explained everything and made us extremely comfortable with moving my mother into this facility. Current residents seemed happy and care for. Facility was clean and welcoming.
