My mom has been here for 11 months and I could honestly say that Pacifica at Spring Valley has truly been a G-d send to my family My mom lost my dad after 55 yrs of a truly blissful marriage and although this devastated our family because of the tremendous loss we were dealing with, Pacifica truly made things somehow okay for Mom.. They are wonderful. [name removed] and [name removed] are great. Their CNAs are all very nice and helpful. Plus they communicate with me very well on my mom's ups and downs. They really have taking a load off of me.
The staff at Pacifica is great! Everyone is very caring and thoughtfu! Plus, there are activities seven days a week. I feel very comfortable with my mother living here because I know she is getting good care!!
My mom was previously a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley and it was a wonderful place for her. Pacifica was a nice experience for my mom and for our family. My mom was taken care of by some very nice and compassionate caregivers. We were happy and comfortable with having our mom stay at Pacifica. I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley to others.
My husband and I recently toured Pacifica Senior Living. We were very pleasantly surprised. The entrance is warm and inviting and fashioned like an old town square where we saw many of the residents having a painting class. We met with [name removed], who was extremely sweet and you could see how much she loves her job and spending time with the residents. The home is spacious, clean, and all the caretakers were very friendly and kind. I have no doubt that this will be a wonderful home for my mom.
I come to visit my aunt on occasion and each time I’m blown away by the care the staff gives to each and every resident. Right when I walk in, they welcome me warmly and despite the fact that they have many residents they manage to know exactly who I am coming to visit. Golden hearts work here. This is a special place
All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Addresses any concerns or issues that I may have. Caregivers are attentive to my mothers needs and patient with her when she can be difficult. The activity director is extremely engaging with all the residents and always puts a smile on my mothers face.
My mom has lived here for two years. Iam so happy with the care my mom gets. Her caregiver keeps me up to date on her health and issues. The activities they do on a daily bases in the common area really keeping my mom active and engaged. I am so happy to have found this place
The individualized attention provided to residents makes Mom feel valued and puts our family at ease. Every worker knows Mom by name. I highly recommend this facility.
