To Whom it May Concern: I called Spruce Solar and they stated that they do not see my credit in my account for $356.07. I also went back to NRG to ask if they see this credit anymore and their billing department said that they have transferred all data to Spruce Solar as of February 2nd, 2021. Can you please do another payment inquiry to see if you see the credit for $356.07? I have been trying to obtain status on this since February going on 4 months now. This is the worst finance company I’ve ever experienced. They are completely clueless on how their own internal operations work. It’s been nothing but a nightmare being a client of theirs.

Cannot reach ANYONE - whether it be for technical support or to make a payment. Hold times average over an hour, they don't respond to e-mails OR postal mail. Unfortunately, my solar was inherited by NRG, which was amazing! What can I do to get out from under this company?

I’m experiencing extreme problems with spruce and the lease transfer to new buyer. They are not available to speak with and they have continued to drag out a transfer to buyer. This has been a problem since September 2020. Between emails nothing has moved forward-very poor service with no results

My husband and I had our prior solar company bought out by Spruce. We paid off our system and they have failed to take off the lean from our home due to the prior lease of the solar!, Now that we are trying to sell our home months have gone by with their inability to do get this resolved! Thank you Jay, the Attorney Generals office will be our next step since our home buyer may give up on us due to Spruce and their inability to take care of this major frustration

I agree with the other reviews - this company is scamming the consumers who have contracts with companies they bought out. They messed up my payments and offer no assistance when contacted. I am going to file complaints with every agency I can. Thanks to those who offered advice in other reviews.

The absolute worst billing and customer service anywhere on Earth! My bill has been right once since December and they keep screwing it up. Took me a total of 37.5 hours on hold since Dec. to talk to someone in Billing. Then I’m on hold with them for two hours just to tell me someone from billing management will call me. That was two weeks ago and no one is calling. If I cancel my payment then they’ll notice. The ELT of the corporation should be ousted. The buck stops with them. See ya!

would give them 0 stars if I could. Awful to try and deal with, delaying our refinance. No one ever responds to hours on hold or emails

my solar system stopped working and I have been trying to contact this company to get the issue resolved. they do not respond to email or phone calls. this seems criminal
