This is some sort of shell company. We sold our home with ***solar contract prior to this shell of a company buying ***contracts. They started billing me at my new address even though we sold our ***contract and house and live on the other side of the state. Six months with dozens of attempts to contact them via email, phone, Twitter, etc .. not once did they reply or give even a sign of a live person being present on the other side. Horrible company i have been offline for 3 months. They will not return emails or calls . I asked for a supervisor who called me late at night also it sounded like a kid. He did not help what so ever. They said someone will call me but not resolved, i call every other day! Do not do business with them you will regret it. I did not sign up with them i signed up with NRG, what **** to do ? I will do as much as i can before i obtain lawyer services
Everyone that have reviewed this company are correct. They have my bank account info but have only taken one payment. Keep getting bills and like all the other reviews you never get someone that actually works for the billing department it is always an answering service. No matter how many times I call and leave a number for return call 24-72 hrs. Never happens. Yesterday I waited an hour for the answering service to pickup! Total crap. Do not do business with this Company. Energy Service Experts (Spruce). has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. It is impossible to talk to a customer service rep. from their company. you always get an answering service that knows nothing and is no help at all. They just send an email to the company and sometimes someone will send you an email two weeks later. Their billing is always wrong and the bill comes two days before the due date. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They make me want to remove my solar and find a new company that does not use spruce! They don't send statements out in a timely manner. Often receiving them after the bill due date. As a result I paid an estimated amount back in May of 2021. I paid the difference between my payment and the actual amount on my next billing cycle. However, the incompetent individuals recording payments recorded my payments incorrectly and my account has shown a past due of $11.75 since... read more
I don not know why my bill change on month to month it was to be one amount set . from the time of our contract.
You cannot get in touch with them, keep sending you bills after paying multiple times, they do not answer emails or phone calls. It is a complete nightmare. Even with automatic payments they keep sending overdue bills.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no help and we have an active roof leak and I need to get our panels removed. Do not do business with them!
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I originally bought with NRG solar and they were great. My contract was bought to this company and it has been terrible. From the customer service or lack of. I would call and be on hold for 3 hours + and then they would just hang up on me. I would email and they wouldn't get back to you. I have autopay and they were taking the money out of my account and then one month they didn't take the money out and had the nerve to have a debt collector call me when it was their problem.
