The worst company I have ever dealt with. I originally bought with NRG solar and they were great. My contract was bought to this company and it has been terrible. From the customer service or lack of. I would call and be on hold for 3 hours + and then they would just hang up on me. I would email and they wouldn't get back to you. I have autopay and they were taking the money out of my account and then one month they didn't take the money out and had the nerve to have a debt collector call me when it was their problem. I can see that I'm not the only one getting ripped off by this company! I too have a different bill every month! My contract was bought by them back in October of 2020, from that point on it has been a different charge every month.

No response to emails, 48 to 72 hour windows for call backs. Not sure why my bill is different each month. No explanation. Looks like this is normal for the company. BBB should get involved.

DO NOT do business with this company or anyone associated with Energy Solar Experts. They are the most inept company ever. I honestly do not understand how they are business. They will lie and steal every dime out of you. It is taking 3 months+ to get out of the solar lease on the house we bought. We couldn't do it at the time of purchase due to their delays, we literally almost fell out of escrow due to their ineptitude and losing payments, not responding, no one making correct account notes. Extremely poor business practices! I’ve sent payments via email and received receipts of confirmation and have been told that my account with them is up to date, yet no money has been debited out of my checking or savings accounts that I used to make the payments. I have requested for a supervisor to call me several times, and months later I’ve received no call, ever. If I call and stay on hold for hours I can use my debit card, which seems to be the only way that the money will actually be debited from my account, but who h... read more

This is an absolutely horrible company as far as customer interaction. Yet again I have problems with billing. I cannot enter the online portal. The paper bill arrives too late to return an on-time payment. My paper bill also had conflicting billing amounts indicated. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, my call was answered by an outside call center- not the billing department. I was told someone would call back in 48-72 hours. This is the "better customer response " that has been promised for months????

My lease went up $10 a month in December with no explanation. I have been on hold, literally all day waiting to talk to someone. when someone does contact you, they say they fixed the problem and gave you a credit but there is still too much withdrawn. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Total corporate thieves!

Reviewed Jun 16, 2021 We have had billing issues since Oct 2020 We have sent bank files proving payments. No response. They just reissue my bill. Cannot talk to anyone. Emails not answered. They say they hired more people but where are they. Lousey customer service. They probably won't read reviews.

Zero stars for this company. I have had inoperable solar panels for two years. They have promised refunds twice and none have been received. As a finance company, they send out a contracted technician who advises them what needs to be done on the system. I have had technicians at my home three times in the past two years and still, my panels are not fixed because this business has not approved any work to be done.
