The worst customer service ever! No calls or emails answered, no one ever calls you back, forget getting help with your system. I leased through NRG who sold to Spruce and this company outright sucks!! Look for solar elsewhere and stay far away from spruce!!!
Spruce doesn't deserve a star. NRG had my contract and I had no problems. Spruce power 3, LLC has the worst customer serve that I have ever experienced. Over an hour on hold and still waiting, no answer to emails. I had auto pay set up with NRG and Spruce screwed it up.
This company is the worst company when it comes to billing. They cannot get it right. Since they took over from the previous company my billing has been incorrect. I pay this on time every month but every month when I get my bill it says I have anywhere from 2 month as to 3 months past due. I have sent emails and certified letter with proof of payment with no results. Somehow this problem needs to be resolved. When call you are on holds for hrs and still do not get an representative.
We just purchased a home and solar is not connected to electric meter and we cannot monitor production. I’ve call every T and TH over past month to get issues resolved and to get tech here to investigate, connect, repair. Just sent complaint to Utilities Commission and Federal Trade Commission. They do not respond. Only get an automated canned email which is not helpful. Never get a person who can actually resolve the issue! These people are fraudulent! ZERO stars…not even good enough for 1 STAR.
I have so many payment issues with this company. Before this company, this solar company was owned by *** who did an amazing job. However, Spruce Solar has issue with receiving automatic payments. I have spent hours and hours on the phone to make a payment to them over the past 6-8 months. They promised every time I called or they called me, except for the last call, that they will charge my Credit Card on file on a monthly basis. This is some sort of shell company. We sold our home with ***solar contract prior to this shell of a company buying ***contracts. They started billing me at my new address even though we sold our ***contract and house and live on the other side of the state. Six months with dozens of attempts to contact them via email, phone, Twitter, etc .. not once did they reply or give even a sign of a live person being present on the other side. Horrible company i have been offline for 3 months. They will not return emails or calls . I asked for a supervisor who called me late at night also it sounded like a kid. He did not help what so ever. They said someone will call me but not resolved, i call every other day! Do not do business with them you will regret it. I did not sign up with them i signed up with NRG, what **** to do ? I will do as much as i can before i obtain lawyer services
Everyone that have reviewed this company are correct. They have my bank account info but have only taken one payment. Keep getting bills and like all the other reviews you never get someone that actually works for the billing department it is always an answering service. Do not do business with this Company. Energy Service Experts (Spruce). has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. It is impossible to talk to a customer service rep. from their company. you always get an answering service that knows nothing and is no help at all. They just send an email to the company and sometimes someone will send you an email two weeks later. Their billing is always wrong and the bill comes two days before the due date.
