I had the tires replaced on two cars and the service from Albert and his team was excellent. Friendly, fast, no hassle. And the price was very good too, even compared to the big stores. Thank you!

I had to fix my brake pads, replace my tires, and get an alignment, and Stress-free Auto Care did all of this in one day for a good price. Their service was excellent too. Highly recommend!
Very reasonably priced and able to accommodate me without appointment for two tire changes. Very helpful. Be aware that even though they have chairs and sofa inside their office, they will not permit anyone to wait inside for their car, nor are there any chairs set up outside for waiting. They do not open their doors for air circulation in the office to make use the indoor waiting area accessible. These people are nice. I took my car for 60,000 mile service and new tires, they got it all done in a day. They took over from Clay, who I really liked a lot. I am not such a great fan of their online scheduling and if you want to talk to them on the phone, you have to listen to a long and terrible song about stress-free auto care. Argh. Seems to be the way of the future. They are very near where I live and they are quick and on time, which I value a lot.
Stress-Free? I took my car in this morning, because the check-engine light was on, so I couldn't get a smog inspection. The first thing they had me do was agree with my signature to a $240 inspection. I should have walked out then, but I was in a hurry, and signed it like a damn fool. They take that opportunity to look for more work they can sell you, then charge you $240 for it. Then they gave me a list of 18 things that needed to be fixed, some overstated, some bogus. $152 for an oil change on my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe. (They charged for doing a "multipoint inspection", too, which is typically included at Hyundai service center.) I really don't get this -- can't help but wonder if my wife was taken advantage of (...she doesn't know much about car maintenance or servicing; I usually take care of the cars but have recently been too busy to do so).
