I was from out of town for a medical visit for my son and my car started sounding like a lawnmower! My son was on crutches and it was a holiday weekend so rental car places were closing early. I took a chance on Yelp reviews and tried this place. They were able to run a diagnostic, showed me exactly the issue, assured it was safe to drive home AND gave me a print out of exactly what needed to be fixed. We left our 4Runner with a friend while we were in Europe.It's a 2001 limited with 227k miles.It's been a wonderful car and we plan on replacing the engine after 250k miles. Our friend is between cars we trust explicitly so we let her use the car and she would pick us up at SFO. As luck would have it two days before our pick up the cars service light went on and it began to run rough.This was on a Saturday and we were to be picked up on Monday after a 12 hour flight. Awesome Place from first phone call to pick up! They diagnosed the problem, repaired it, added a couple of other requests I had. Communication is the best, as they text you throughout the process! I had no problem with the costs, not only felt fair, but their customer service was well worth every penny. Thanks Ross and mechanics and all involved!

Best mechanics and customer service I've experienced in all of my years. They suggest only the needed maintenance and services and explain the changes needed throughly. Although they don't have a payment plan (the only downside), it truly is stress free from beginning to end.
