I know nothing about cars and how much it cost to fix things, and I didn't have time to compare quotes between different mechanics so I can't give information on whether the price I receive was competitive compared to others. I can however say that Stress free auto care provided great service. My car is a broken down 3rd hand pass me down and the ignition cylinder broke. I took my car in to get my brake pads serviced because I kept hearing a howling sound in my wheels. Albert and the team were able to get back to me and inform me, that my brake pads were fine however it was my wheel bearings that needed replacing. I gave the okay to Albert to replace them. Around 4pm Albert called to say they may need more time with my car and to swing by to use their loaner. I've been to Stress-Free many times and it is always a good experience. They are transparent about what needs to be done and thoughtful about your needs. Price always seems reasonable. Most recently, Albert and his team went out of their way to get our headlight and ballast fixed quickly so that my daughter could take the car back to college. I really appreciate that they know me and my cars and bent over backward to help me out very last minute!

Horrible Customer was enough, the guy who answered the Phone, Multi Tasking is nit your thing! 0 stars is not an option, you're getting off easy as still being employed. #Usuck!
I use this shop for my Fiat 500 maintenance - oil and tire change, and everything else. Albert at the front desk is fantastic. I get appointments quickly, he explains everything clearly to me. Last time the inspection report came back with a recommendation to replace Shafts/Axels, which is an expensive thing to do, and we decided together that we could wait till the next oil change. I never feel like they're trying to push services to me and trust their work completely. Couldn't recommend more.

(According to my dashboard messaging), I needed a quart of oil as soon as possible...Stress-Free Auto took care of it in under 5 minutes. They are the best!!

I was charged $325 to fix a broken door handle, plus a diagnostic fee of $127. This seemed too high, although they took off the diagnosis fee when I asked. However I spoke to a man on the phone who was very nice helping me get my key when I went to pick up my car after they had closed. Talked to my dad and apparently they ripped him off too lol they were much more reasonable before the rebranding
I needed new front breaks on my car. I called around to three different places and decided on Stress Free Auto Care in Menlo Park - and am very happy I did. The person handling my case, Alan Hernandez was the ultimate professional - he had the know how, was a great communicator and when it came to the choice of parts (OEM or other) he kindly directed me toward the OEM parts because that is what he would put on his mom's car and went into a full explanation why. We have used Stress-Free auto care a few times, and they are always great! It's always easy to get an appointment, they offer a wide variety of services, and always are very communicative as they work on their car. We will definitely plan to keep using them in the future
