I use this shop for my Fiat 500 maintenance - oil and tire change, and everything else. Albert at the front desk is fantastic. I get appointments quickly, he explains everything clearly to me. Last time the inspection report came back with a recommendation to replace Shafts/Axels, which is an expensive thing to do, and we decided together that we could wait till the next oil change. I never feel like they're trying to push services to me and trust their work completely. Couldn't recommend more.

(According to my dashboard messaging), I needed a quart of oil as soon as possible...Stress-Free Auto took care of it in under 5 minutes. They are the best!!

I was charged $325 to fix a broken door handle, plus a diagnostic fee of $127. This seemed too high, although they took off the diagnosis fee when I asked. However I spoke to a man on the phone who was very nice helping me get my key when I went to pick up my car after they had closed. Talked to my dad and apparently they ripped him off too lol they were much more reasonable before the rebranding
I needed new front breaks on my car. I called around to three different places and decided on Stress Free Auto Care in Menlo Park - and am very happy I did. The person handling my case, Alan Hernandez was the ultimate professional - he had the know how, was a great communicator and when it came to the choice of parts (OEM or other) he kindly directed me toward the OEM parts because that is what he would put on his mom's car and went into a full explanation why. We have used Stress-Free auto care a few times, and they are always great! It's always easy to get an appointment, they offer a wide variety of services, and always are very communicative as they work on their car. We will definitely plan to keep using them in the future

Albert and the team at Stress-Free auto repair were excellent. The service is efficient, comprehensive, and affordable. Albert was friendly and knowledgeable. He was a delight to talk with and honest. I am happy my car is running beautifully ..i will come back again and again.
I have been to this shop twice to get a quote for service. I want local independent shops to thrive, but this place has been insanely expensive on repair quotes. In Palo Alto and Menlo Park, they may feel that the public is so wealthy they can quote 40% over the standard. In both cases, the quote I received was $400.00 to $600.00 (45 to 50% higher) over the other shops in the local area. My brakes went out. They got me in, had the right parts and finished the job while I waited. Very efficient. Was very pleased with their work.
I needed to replace a new battery in my car key fob and while I got quotes from some places to do this for $25, I appreciate this place's response that I can easily find it at an auto parts shop and then pop it out to switch out myself. I highly appreciate their advice so I'd like to show my support.
