My brakes were making a horrible sound and I was very worried about getting them fixed quickly and the cost. I was also concerned about follow-on costs of rental cars and cabs, transportation to my job in remote-ish location...was very stressed out. I have a Honda odyssey for the 100K service maintenance, they give a huge price range 800-2500 then ask me to call, then I did. They give a quote more than honda dealership about 1000 more! Don't waste your time to contact them.

I was from out of town for a medical visit for my son and my car started sounding like a lawnmower! My son was on crutches and it was a holiday weekend so rental car places were closing early. I took a chance on Yelp reviews and tried this place. They were able to run a diagnostic, showed me exactly the issue, assured it was safe to drive home AND gave me a print out of exactly what needed to be fixed. We left our 4Runner with a friend while we were in Europe.It's a 2001 limited with 227k miles.It's been a wonderful car and we plan on replacing the engine after 250k miles. Our friend is between cars we trust explicitly so we let her use the car and she would pick us up at SFO.
