We left our 4Runner with a friend while we were in Europe.It's a 2001 limited with 227k miles.It's been a wonderful car and we plan on replacing the engine after 250k miles. Our friend is between cars we trust explicitly so we let her use the car and she would pick us up at SFO. As luck would have it two days before our pick up the cars service light went on and it began to run rough.This was on a Saturday and we were to be picked up on Monday after a 12 hour flight. Awesome Place from first phone call to pick up! They diagnosed the problem, repaired it, added a couple of other requests I had. Communication is the best, as they text you throughout the process! I had no problem with the costs, not only felt fair, but their customer service was well worth every penny. Thanks Ross and mechanics and all involved!

Best mechanics and customer service I've experienced in all of my years. They suggest only the needed maintenance and services and explain the changes needed throughly. Although they don't have a payment plan (the only downside), it truly is stress free from beginning to end.

They're always honest and friendly! It's nice that they are in fact a one stop shop so whatever is wrong with your car they gotchu. And they never proceed with anything until after they call, text and email you to make sure they have their clients consent to proceed with the work. I never give 5 star reviews on yelp but for Stress Free Auto Care absolutely! I just love honesty and transparency. Thank you Jason and thank you Albert!

Took my 2008 Corolla in for breaks and overall inspection. Really appreciate the responsiveness and timely communication from Jason and Albert. The way quotes and inspection results were sent via links to my phone was so convenient and clear. Not sure how comparable the pricing was though.

What a great find! I was referred to Stress-Free Auto Care by a colleague. They were very friendly and made me feel so welcome. The update with pictures was a great touch.
