Thank you Stress-Free Auto Care, the fan in our Toyota Tacoma now works on all settings. We went a long time with the fan only working on its highest setting. We finally had it fixed and it works great. If I could change anything about Stress-Free, it would be the hold music. It's truly the most annoying hold music I've ever heard.

For a shop to be named stress free auto care it did the exact opposite of that. I came into the shop to have my AC fixed. I had recharged my AC with Freon, prior to attempting to bring the car in and was able to get cold air for about a week before it began blowing hot air again. My initial thought was I may potentially have a leak somewhere. Very quick response and turnaround for a disabling, but as it turned out simple to fix, problem. Brought in around 10 AM and ready by 3 PM.

Aboslutely the worst Auto repair shop ever. It has given my fiancée and myself the worst nightmare ever. We took our 2018 BMW 430i hard top convertible to Stressfree ion Suunyvale as it is close to us and thought to be good by the reviews online. We took our car end of Feb'23 for general maintenance with change of break pads. They charged us around $2500 for this job. I know nothing about cars and how much it cost to fix things, and I didn't have time to compare quotes between different mechanics so I can't give information on whether the price I receive was competitive compared to others. I can however say that Stress free auto care provided great service. My car is a broken down 3rd hand pass me down and the ignition cylinder broke. I took my car in to get my brake pads serviced because I kept hearing a howling sound in my wheels. Albert and the team were able to get back to me and inform me, that my brake pads were fine however it was my wheel bearings that needed replacing. I gave the okay to Albert to replace them. Around 4pm Albert called to say they may need more time with my car and to swing by to use their loaner. I've been to Stress-Free many times and it is always a good experience. They are transparent about what needs to be done and thoughtful about your needs. Price always seems reasonable. Most recently, Albert and his team went out of their way to get our headlight and ballast fixed quickly so that my daughter could take the car back to college. I really appreciate that they know me and my cars and bent over backward to help me out very last minute!
