Went there last week for annual maintenance. Staffs are very nice and friendly, everything was straightforward, price was reasonable. Definitely recommend!

I have consistently recommended this location for many years. But I am concerned that my oil leak that was 'fixed' some months ago took another $600 to fix again this week. This is the leak that appeared on the engine that this location replaced. I might be a little leery of recommending them again for major repairs. . .
Thank you Stress-Free Auto Care, the fan in our Toyota Tacoma now works on all settings. We went a long time with the fan only working on its highest setting. We finally had it fixed and it works great. If I could change anything about Stress-Free, it would be the hold music. It's truly the most annoying hold music I've ever heard.

For a shop to be named stress free auto care it did the exact opposite of that. I came into the shop to have my AC fixed. I had recharged my AC with Freon, prior to attempting to bring the car in and was able to get cold air for about a week before it began blowing hot air again. My initial thought was I may potentially have a leak somewhere. I explained this to the gentleman working at the desk and he instantly told me we still need to recharge it with Freon ourselves as "people tend to not recharge properly and also those ... read more

Very quick response and turnaround for a disabling, but as it turned out simple to fix, problem. Brought in around 10 AM and ready by 3 PM.

Aboslutely the worst Auto repair shop ever. It has given my fiancée and myself the worst nightmare ever. We took our 2018 BMW 430i hard top convertible to Stressfree ion Suunyvale as it is close to us and thought to be good by the reviews online. We took our car end of Feb'23 for general maintenance with change of break pads. They charged us around $2500 for this job.
