We took our 2024 Ford Explorer in due to a check engine light warning. Joe in the service department took great care of us. We dropped our car off and got a call from Joe a few hours later. He let us know that the warning was caused by the thermostat sticking. It was covered by our warrenty. So in and out with no issues.
Scheduling appointment was easy; service advisor was attentive to my requests; service was completed timely; and service advisor was focused on meeting/ exceeding my expectations!!!

Evan the service coordinator is definitely on point. I have been taking my truck in for the last several years and they know what needs to be done. Goodyear Wrangler were priced the same as everyone else and they included the alignment. Another great experience at Surprise Ford
