Dealership was fine. I am a bit annoyed with all the calls and text for follow-up. I also feel inappropriate for survey to be given onsite with person standing right there and for person to say that if they do not get the highest it’s a negative. They also said this when they called.
I travel for work, so I really appreciate the ease of scheduling service online. This allows me to the ability to make arrangements for my truck maintenance when I return to Phoenix, no matter where I am in at the time.
