Hello. The fact that when washing cars after service was performed, the car looks wet, NOT clean. It seems like service supervisor doesn't see a clean car as a priority. I realize this is complmentary; shouldn't "great service" pay attention to even minor details? Thanks

The service provided by Ford was excellent. I had the first oil change in my 2024 Mustang at 1,000 miles, then 5,000, then 10,000 by the Ford dealorship. My wife takes her 2025 Honda to a reputable business that changes oil and I have taken my 2016 Jeep there for years. I will now start taking my Mustang to the other business now that I feel comfortable that there are no issues with my car. It comes down to cost. Not that I can't afford a dealership oil change, but I shouldn't have to pay 1.5 times the price for a basic oil ... read more
