The process was easy and fast, the service help was knowledgeable and friendly.
Dave was a great Service Representative. While he was certainly busy, he took the time to ensure that my needs were met and ensured that everything I needed done got done. After Service was complete, Dave made some suggestions on what I should get done on my next Service visit. I've always appreciated the team at Surprise Ford Service.
Was give a realistic timeline for work to be completed. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and kind.
