Evan the service coordinator is definitely on point. I have been taking my truck in for the last several years and they know what needs to be done. Goodyear Wrangler were priced the same as everyone else and they included the alignment. Another great experience at Surprise Ford

Ford service is a large reason we continue to buy Ford SUVs. Surprise Ford continues to provide excellent service and Evan oversees the care. He explains the service performed so I understand what and why, he arranged for transportation back to my house and then from my house back to the dealership for the 30K service. The service team is always pleasant and Evan checks on me as needed during service when I wait for my service. Overall great experience.
