Everyone was kind and professional. Our sales rep, Roger, made sure we were happy with the deal we received on our new vehicle. At no point did I feel rushed to make a decision, and there were no predatory sales tactics involved.
I ordered a truck. The process of buying it was about as seamless and easy going as it could be. Overall, my experience there was great and would recommend to anyone who asks. Dan Doncea was wonderful to work with and is what made this experience so easy.
Everyone at the Surprise Ford dealership was friendly, well-informed, and easy to work with. The new car was detailed to perfection. Visits to the Service Department for a Ford bought elsewhere were why I chose to use the Sales Department to replace that vehicle.

Surprise Ford Dealership received a trade in vehicle that I was looking for. A Subaru Outback with the big engine. Rodger was my Salesman and Sam in Finance, both were very helpful. Rodger explained the technology in the car and demonstrated how to use it. Rodger was honest, forthcoming and never pressured me during negotiations.
