Scheduled 50k brake service. We do a lot of towing and the brakes were at the end of life level. Parts on hand, fast work, in and out in a few hours.

service is always great, the service writers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. the best part is once you have service done you don't to go back for the same issue like you do with local service shops, at least i have never had to as i used to using local repair shops. the work is done right the first time, with the exception of regular oil changes every 3-5000 miles.
