I never have been to Surprise Ford but decided to get recall work done their. Service was great. Everyone I walked by looked at me and greeted me. Made me comfortable. I normally drive out of my way and go to Sanderson Ford, probably not going to do that anymore.

Service was great. Only issue was that it was stated that I would receive a free car wash on the way out and I did not.
