I love that Susan was no fluff. She was focused on business, explained things clearly, and got us to closing! My old lender still sends us cards on holidays , but we MUCH prefer Susan's approach of accurate service, advice, and timeliness exactly when we needed it

I had to close fast and Susan and team made it happen. There was a last minute surprise that pushed the closing out by a couple of days but we were still able to close within the target timeline. Susan and Amanda were very prompt in responding and managed the entire process efficiently.

Susan was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She explained things in detail, which is what I needed to feel comfortable about the process. She was also very open, honest, and transparent. There were parts of the process I was concerned wouldn’t turn out well, but everything she stated ended up happening exactly like she said. If I need another mortgage, I hope I get to work with her again.
