Recently I've had my car serviced there for an oil change and worked with Samantha (oil change) and Ray (transmission drain and refill) Samantha was informative, patient, courteous and a pleasure to work with and she's my top choice as a Service Advisor. Ray was my service advisor when Samantha was out for the day and he also was informative, courteous and good to work with.

Vianney met me as soon as I pulled into the service center and got my car in right away. The service I needed was taken care of in a timely matter. The waiting room was comfortable and Vianney kept me updated on the progress of my service.

Fantastic crew! From Sales to Finance, they were patient and accommodating; we did not feel pressured or rushed. We had planned to look at a few different dealerships because we weren't quite sure what we wanted. We looked at and test drove several cars with no intention of buying yet. But we saw one that we really liked and Ajak was able to work out a fair deal. So far, we're very happy with the vehicle and Nissan of Grapevine.
