RecommendedI learned a lot of great techniques as well as delicious recipes. Chef Barry was very patient and friendly. His recommendations for other places to enjoy the food in New Orleans was very welcome. I liked that we got to prepare the food, not just watch a demonstration. It was fun!

RecommendedChef David held a wonderful class. It was a class where my son and I learned to cook some traditional New Orleans dishes: BBQ shrimp, jambalaya, and chocolate bread pudding. We love the history behind each recipe along with chef David’s passion for cooking. He was very informative and made the class fun and interesting. The best part was eating all the yummy food which was honestly some of the best of our trip.
