Such a fun time! Besides learning to make three tasty sauces, having never been there before, we were given some history lessons about New Orleans too. Chef Chris helped explain the origins of Cajun cooking and how the different area cultures’ foods were blended into what we have today (including their music). For the first time in over two years, our work team was finally able to meet in person instead of over Zoom, so we took a little team retreat down to New Orleans.
