For the first time in over two years, our work team was finally able to meet in person instead of over Zoom, so we took a little team retreat down to New Orleans. The only thing better than eating delicious NOLA food is cooking it and savoring it! Chef David is a rock star. Every question thrown at him, related or unrelated to our meal, he embraced and gave a thoughtful reply. I was traveling alone and felt the love of the cooking class. Just do it!

I learned a lot of great techniques as well as delicious recipes. Chef Barry was very patient and friendly. His recommendations for other places to enjoy the food in New Orleans was very welcome. I liked that we got to prepare the food, not just watch a demonstration. It was fun!
