Chef Mark was great, the atmosphere was fun and the food phenomenal. We had a great time with our class but have equally enjoyed using the recipes provided at home. We look forward to another class the next time we’re in New Orleans.

Business response:

Hi, Keith. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!

Chef David held a wonderful class. It was a class where my son and I learned to cook some traditional New Orleans dishes: BBQ shrimp, jambalaya, and chocolate bread pudding. We love the history behind each recipe along with chef David’s passion for cooking. He was very informative and made the class fun and interesting. The best part was eating all the yummy food which was honestly some of the best of our trip. It created a great memory of our trip to New Orleans and we will make it a tradition on future vacations to take c... read more

I had a great time! Even as a Louisiana born and breed southern belle haha I learned so much, both cooking and the history on why we cook the way we cook! Definitely will be taking another class when I’m in the area!

Business response:

Hi, Germaine. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!

My ( adult) daughter and I took the Traditional New Orleans Cooking Class. The store front was easy to walk to from the French Quarter. The class itself was 5 people plus the chef. Chef David added his own personal connection to the food and culture to the class which added to the class. We made BBQ shrimp, jambalaya & chocolate bread pudding. Yum! We both felt it was the possibly the best meal we had in NOLA. I am excited for us to make this for the other members of our family.

Business response:

Hi, Michelle. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!

My family and I absolutely loved our cooking class with Chris. We learned to make bbq shrimp, jambalaya and bread pudding. We loved how we not only learned the recipes but learned how the rich cultural history affected the recipes. Can’t wait to come back and take another class with my family.

Business response:

Hi, Rebecca. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
