Great couples activity and the instructors were patient, friendly and full of information. Plenty of hands on experience with the three dishes we prepared. Will definitely return.
David was a great chef and teacher. He was fun to learn from and accommodated for my husband who doesn't like seafood 🙂. We both definitely recommend Mardi Gras School of Cooking!
Such a fun time! Besides learning to make three tasty sauces, having never been there before, we were given some history lessons about New Orleans too. Chef Chris helped explain the origins of Cajun cooking and how the different area cultures’ foods were blended into what we have today (including their music). Had a great great time during the cooking class. David was very entertaining and we made some awesome food!!! Highly recommended
instructor was amazing, class was great, food was delicious and had a great time.

We met some lovely ladies and our chef Chris was amazing!!! What a great experience.
Chef David was one cool cat!! My wife and I enjoyed getting to know him, his background, and how he learned to cook. Was such a warm and inviting environment! We’ll be back for sure!!
Chef Mark was so personable and answered all questions. Even though I had cooked these dishes several times before, I still learned things. The Bananas Foster was amazing!
