RecommendedLoved it! We took the creole class with Chef Chris. Not only did he teach us some great cooking techniques, but he also threw in some history too. It was a small hands on class which made it a great learning experience. I absolutely recommend them!

It was all excellent. We loved Barry . He made us feel welcome and he was a great instructor. We learned a lot and had a delicious meal at the same time . The other people were interesting. I would highly recommend it.
