RecommendedThe only thing better than eating delicious NOLA food is cooking it and savoring it! Chef David is a rock star. Every question thrown at him, related or unrelated to our meal, he embraced and gave a thoughtful reply. I was traveling alone and felt the love of the cooking class. Just do it!

RecommendedI learned a lot of great techniques as well as delicious recipes. Chef Barry was very patient and friendly. His recommendations for other places to enjoy the food in New Orleans was very welcome. I liked that we got to prepare the food, not just watch a demonstration. It was fun!
