It was all excellent. We loved Barry . He made us feel welcome and he was a great instructor. We learned a lot and had a delicious meal at the same time . The other people were interesting. I would highly recommend it.
Had an incredible time w Chef Byron. Took the class w my mom and enjoyed the lessons, conversation, story telling, history and well did you know, bananas split in three? Take a class ask for Byron… and enjoy the food!
Great experience! Mark was an awesome host.
Doing the cooking class was a gift for my 16 y/o son. He gives your class 5 stars and says he can’t wait to try the recipes at home.
Barry was an amazing chef and instructor. He did a great job involving my son in the class. We were taught knife skills to work on. We highly recommend attending if you are visiting.
We did the New Orleans Traditions class. It was chicken and andouille sausage Jambalaya, barbecue shrimp and grits and bread pudding. Barry was our chef and he was amazing. Full of information and a lot of fun. This is the 2nd class we have taken and would definitely recommend
I participated in the Roux Class with 5 friends. We had the best time. The chef was wonderful. He gave a lot of New Orlean cuisine history, tips for make stock, chopping veggies, etc. Let us have a lot of hands on involvement.
Loved the hands on training. We did the Traditions class and the food we made was delicious. The chef was very knowledgeable. Lots of fun and highly recommended!
Fabulous experience!! Our chef, Mark was so much fun. There was just 2 of us so we got a great one on one experience. He gave us some great tips and tricks to take home with us. We made and then enjoyed some amazing food!!
