Doing the cooking class was a gift for my 16 y/o son. He gives your class 5 stars and says he can’t wait to try the recipes at home.

Barry was an amazing chef and instructor. He did a great job involving my son in the class. We were taught knife skills to work on. We highly recommend attending if you are visiting.

We did the New Orleans Traditions class. It was chicken and andouille sausage Jambalaya, barbecue shrimp and grits and bread pudding. Barry was our chef and he was amazing. Full of information and a lot of fun. This is the 2nd class we have taken and would definitely recommend

I participated in the Roux Class with 5 friends. We had the best time. The chef was wonderful. He gave a lot of New Orlean cuisine history, tips for make stock, chopping veggies, etc. Let us have a lot of hands on involvement.
