I would highly recommend. My son 8 went to the intermediate five day camp and loved it. He learned how to cook soooo much stuff. Teacher Preston had them able to even make a roux. I’m so impressed and looking to have him do it again.

My grandson and I had a really good time! We would do it again! We made the best pralines I have ever eaten! The crab dish was yummy. We had FUN

Our Chef Didier was so knowledgeable and personable. We loved that this class was hands on and we learned and then did it. We learned cutting techniques, history of the style of cooking, a little history of New Orleans and much more. We took the Roux class and chopped the onion, celery, garlic and bell pepper. We de-headed and peeled shrimp. We made a dark roux for the gumbo and light roux for the etouffee.
