We did this for our anniversary! It was the best anniversary date we’ve had. It was super easy to book. We had such a fun time cooking with Chef Cam! He did such a great job and was super friendly. We learned a lot! The food was absolutely incredible. We already want to book again! If you’re thinking about it- DO IT!!!!

Awesome experience! Our chef was AMAZING! My husband did not think this would be his kind of thing and was just going along, but he had a great time, picked up some good tips and tells everyone about it. We would enthusiastically sign up for another class when back in New Orleans. He gave through instructions and had a great personality to keep everyone engaged and happy as we were learning new things. Highly recommend!
Mark was great! My wife and I know how to cook (we're from Louisiana), but we left feeling like we learned and enjoyed ourselves while doing it. Highly recommended.

Such a great time! Raymond was personable and funny and made the experience even better. The Traditions menu was easy to make and the jambalaya was better than anything I’ve had in a restaurant to date. Would highly recommend 😊
I booked a Roux School class for my wife and I on Mother’s Day weekend. Raymond Signal was our Instructor/Chef. He was outstanding! We learned a great deal and he was very engaging and friendly.
