Such a great time! Raymond was personable and funny and made the experience even better. The Traditions menu was easy to make and the jambalaya was better than anything I’ve had in a restaurant to date. Would highly recommend 😊

I booked a Roux School class for my wife and I on Mother’s Day weekend. Raymond Signal was our Instructor/Chef. He was outstanding! We learned a great deal and he was very engaging and friendly. My sister and I had so much fun! The class was both entertaining & educational. Everyone was so lovely and the food was amazing! I don't think I can ever eat instant grits again after tasting the real thing!

Mardi Gras School of Cooking was a great way to enjoy dinner and learn how to cook that delicious NOLA cuisine. The history of the food was shared and that was wonderful as well with our great Chef. I highly recommend this evening to anyone. I have already used the knife tips at home.
