RecommendedWe took the Roux class last week with Chef Mark. He was an expert in showing us what we wanted to learn and answering questions about how to make it! The gumbo was some of the best I’ve ever had and definitely the best I’ve ever made! All the dishes were amazing and well worth the investment. My group made up half of the class that night, and we all agree it was one of the top experiences of our trip to the French Quarter!

RecommendedMy husband & I went to the Roux Class tonight with Chef Raymond. It was fantastic! We learned how to make Chicken & Andouille Gumbo and Shrimp Etoufee. It was fun and delicious. Chef Raymond made Bananas Foster as we looked on, and it was amazing. Best cooking class experience we’ve ever had! I highly recommend & will be back for more classes.
