RecommendedMy family liked the whole experience learning the proper way to hold our knives, making broths that we can apply to our cooking, spicing and understanding that great taste may take more time but the flavors are worth it. I would recommend this cooking school to cooks wanting to bring their cooking experience to the next level. We loved the Sassy Chef!!!
RecommendedHands on learning, you get to cook with them. Others I have been to just let you watch and taste the finished product, hear you are cooking and tasting the whole time.

RecommendedWe took the Roux class last week with Chef Mark. He was an expert in showing us what we wanted to learn and answering questions about how to make it! The gumbo was some of the best I’ve ever had and definitely the best I’ve ever made! All the dishes were amazing and well worth the investment. My group made up half of the class that night, and we all agree it was one of the top experiences of our trip to the French Quarter!
